La Colorado River Coffee & Co. is a specialty coffee shop set inside a converted house in the Vista Hermosa neighborhood — a homey, welcoming space that feels unlike any other café in Mexicali. The place has three sections: an intimate interior with just a few tables, a bar area with a lounge, and its crown jewel: an open-air back terrace that transforms at night with warm lighting, perfect for reading, chatting or simply unwinding. They serve specialty coffee, delicious sweet and savory crepes, frappés, fruit infusions and casual dishes. On Saturdays they screen children's movies on the terrace, and board games and puzzles are available for everyone. The service is exceptional, with the personal touch of Paulina and Isaac standing out.
