About Elev8tion Coffee Roaster
Elev8tion Coffee Roaster is more than a coffee shop, it's a full experience for true coffee lovers. As the name suggests, it's a roaster: they roast their own beans by hand to guarantee maximum freshness and unique flavor profiles you won't find anywhere else. The space is one of the largest and most aesthetic in Mexicali, decorated with plants, wood and careful lighting; every corner is designed to be Instagram-worthy. Spacious tables and a calm atmosphere make it a favorite spot to work, study or hold business meetings. Beyond the coffee, the menu surprises with gourmet bagels, fresh salads, desserts like the famous Japanese cheesecake, and drinks ranging from the classic americano to unique creations like the Marzipan Frappé or the Lotus Frappé made with Speculoos cookies.
