Time until the show
Few bands fit a border city like 8 Kalacas: their lyrics deal with borders, identity and Latin life in the United States — their third album is literally called "Fronteras" (2022, Atomic Fire Records). On Friday, August 14, Foro Dragón turns into a mosh pit with the horn section up front: ska, hardcore and Mexican roots in a single punch.
8 Kalacas was born in Orange County, California, in 2003, and earned the title of "godfathers of Latin skacore" the hard way: an eight-piece machine that sings in Spanish and blends hardcore aggression with danceable trumpet and trombone. After years in the California underground circuit, signing with European label Atomic Fire Records put them on the international map.
Sales are live on Primera Fila (online) and at the Foro Dragón box office; prices are shown when you select your seats on the event page. For a mosh-heavy show like this, GA tends to go fast.

Foro Dragón is at Blvd. Lázaro Cárdenas 555, Ex-Ejido Coahuila. It's a concert hall dedicated to live music: arrive early if you want to be in the heart of the pit (or far from it).
