Carín León plays Mexicali on Thursday, November 5, 2026, outdoors on the Ciudad Deportiva grounds — one of the spaces the city keeps for its biggest-draw concerts. It is one of the most anticipated dates of the year here: the Sonoran star stops in Mexicali at a career high, with five ticket tiers running from general admission to the Zona León right up against the stage.
Born in Hermosillo, Carín León is today one of the biggest names in Mexican music and the one who has pushed its borders furthest: his sound mixes banda and sierreño regional with rock, country, soul and blues, a crossover that has earned him recognition well beyond the genre. In February 2026 he won the Grammy for Best Música Mexicana Album for "Palabra De To's (Seca)", and back in 2024 the Latin Grammy for Best Contemporary Mexican Music Album for "Boca Chueca Vol. 1". Expect a long, full-band show with a songbook the crowd sings on its own.

The concert is outdoors on the Ciudad Deportiva parking grounds, along Calz. Aviación. There is parking nearby, but it fills up fast for events this size: come early or take a ride. November nights in Mexicali do get cold — bring a layer.
