The band is from León, Guanajuato, and has spent about six years building a sound that sidesteps the Mexican indie mold: electro pop, disco and contemporary soul fronted by María Torres, with production that looks to seventies and eighties disco and soul —from Sade to Madonna— without sounding like cheap nostalgia. Their single "Power Ballad", released in May 2026, previewed the album with soft synths and atmospheric guitars: a fair preview of what they will play here.
