Cabanna is a casual botanero restaurant-bar concept created in 2012 by Grupo Los Arcos, the same group behind the iconic Los Arcos seafood restaurant in Mexicali. With an atmosphere inspired by the closeness of the beach — music, decor and a lounge-style vibe that transports you to the coast — Cabanna offers high-quality Pacific seafood paired with the most colorful and creative cocktails in the city. Its menu blends the best of Mexican cuisine with Asian touches: from aguachiles and taco gobernador to tempura-style Camarón Roca and salmon tiradito with an oriental sauce. The experience is rounded out by the famous seafood platter fire show and the dulce de leche volcano as its star dessert.
