A house-brewing taproom on Calzada Justo Sierra, its wooden letter board announcing the day's rotation above the tap wall. The house favorite is Junior, a light session IPA built for the desert heat, and the nod to the name (colmena = beehive) is their mead — a customer favorite. Light, hoppy and dark styles round out the board, with a kitchen to pair (mac & cheese, corn ribs) and a calendar that alternates rock music with stand-up comedy nights. Free parking on site.
